Phoebe is 31. She has suffered with anxiety for years. She has been referred for cognitive behaviour therapy but is still on the waiting list.
She has tried music, talking and exercise and found that exercise helps the most.
“Going to the gym and for bike rides really helps. It seems to clear my mind and reduce my stress. It’s not a prefect solution, but it’s helping me keep my anxiety under control while I wait for my treatment. And I’m fitter and more toned that I used to be, which is nice.”
