Jenny is a stressed mother of 2. She’s not sleeping well and feels her life is out of control.
Her doctor talked to her about exercise, exercising can help you sleep, and sleeping well makes everything easier.
“I used to like PE at school, but I haven’t done anything since. I didn’t think I had time to fit anything else in but actually I did have. We’ve started walking to school and we go swimming and cycling as a family. We all love it, and I feel so much better. It’s lovely to do something we all enjoy and that is good for us, and I’m less stressed and sleep so much better.”
